Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using PraDocs responsibly, safely, and lawfully. This policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, store, or transmit through PraDocs any content that is: illegal in the jurisdictions where you or your organization operate; infringing of a third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; malicious code, malware, or content designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems; or content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, which we report to the relevant authorities and remove immediately upon discovery.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to PraDocs systems, other customers' workspaces, or data you are not authorized to view.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization (see Section 4, Security Research).
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including via denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
- Using the Service to send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties as a bureau or service offering without our written consent.
- Sharing account credentials across individuals in a manner designed to exceed licensed seat counts.
- Using the AI features of the Service to generate content that violates this policy or applicable law.
3. Fair Use of AI & Storage Features
AI OCR, search, summarization, and classification features are provided for legitimate document management use within the limits of your plan. We may throttle or rate-limit usage that is abnormal relative to your plan and seat count (e.g. automated bulk-processing designed to circumvent plan limits) after providing notice where practical.
4. Security Research
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in PraDocs, please report it responsibly to support@pradocs.com before any public disclosure. Good-faith security research conducted in accordance with a responsible disclosure process, without accessing or modifying other customers' data, will not be treated as a violation of this policy.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action proportionate to the issue, including warning the account owner, removing offending content, suspending affected accounts or users, or terminating the account for repeated or serious violations, consistent with the Term & Termination section of our Terms and Conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the account administrator before suspension, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other customers.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse of the Service, email support@pradocs.com with as much detail as possible.
