Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies pradocs.com uses, why, and how to manage your preferences.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels. This policy covers pradocs.com and related marketing pages; cookie use inside the logged-in PraDocs application is limited to strictly necessary session and security cookies.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Can be disabled? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core site functionality, session management, security (CSRF protection), load balancing | Session cookie, anti-forgery token | No — required for the site to function |
| Analytics | Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it | Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager | Yes |
| Marketing | Measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns (only where enabled) | Meta Pixel | Yes |
| Preference | Remember choices such as currency (USD/INR) or plan-tab selection on the Pricing page | Local storage flags | Yes, may reset preferences |
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that appear on our pages, including Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) and, where enabled, Meta. These providers may use cookies as described in their own privacy policies. See our Sub-Processor List for the full set of vendors involved.
4. Managing Your Preferences
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or receive a warning before cookies are set) — note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may break core site functionality. Where required by law (e.g. for EU/UK visitors), we display a cookie consent banner on first visit allowing you to accept or reject non-essential categories; you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for pradocs.com and revisiting the site.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our site does not currently change its behavior when it detects one; you can still manage cookies directly as described above.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. Check the "Last updated" date above for the most recent revision.
