Third-party vendors PraDocs uses to deliver our SaaS platform securely and efficiently. All Sub-Processors comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

We remain fully responsible for the protection of your personal data, even when it is processed by our Sub-Processors. This list is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement. Enterprise customers may request the current authoritative list or subscribe to change notifications via support@pradocs.com.

Rows marked "to be finalized" reflect vendor selections in progress; this page will be updated with the confirmed provider before go-live, with at least 14 days' notice to Enterprise customers per our DPA. Customer-configured integrations (e.g. a customer's own AWS S3 bucket, Google Drive, or Microsoft 365 tenant) are controlled by that customer and are not listed here as PraDocs sub-processors.
