1. Service Delivery
- Upon successful subscription or purchase, your PraDocs account will be provisioned immediately.
- You will receive login credentials and access instructions via your registered email address.
- Access to PraDocs services is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen downtime — see our Service Level Agreement.
2. Enterprise & On-Premise Deployment
For Enterprise customers who select on-premise deployment, PraDocs delivers installation packages, license keys, and deployment documentation electronically via a secure channel, coordinated with your onboarding specialist.
