India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
As an Indian entity, Praathee Technologies Pvt Ltd is directly subject to the DPDP Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Indian residents (Data Principals) have the right to: obtain a summary of personal data processed and the processing activities; request correction, completion, updating, and erasure; withdraw consent as easily as it was given; nominate another individual to exercise rights on their behalf in case of death or incapacity; and lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and thereafter the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

United States — CCPA/CPRA & State Privacy Laws
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to: know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed; request deletion; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (PraDocs does not sell personal information, and uses advertising cookies such as Meta Pixel only where enabled); limit use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Canada — PIPEDA
For customers and data subjects in Canada, we process personal information consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial equivalents. You have the right to access and challenge the accuracy of your personal information and to withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. Australia — Privacy Act 1988 & Australian Privacy Principles
For Australian customers, we handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including notice of collection, use limited to disclosed purposes, and reasonable steps to secure personal information. To make an access, correction, or complaint request, contact support@pradocs.com; unresolved complaints may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Brazil — LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)
For data subjects in Brazil, processing is carried out consistent with the LGPD, including a lawful basis for each processing activity, rights to confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion, and the right to information about entities with whom data is shared. Requests can be directed to support@pradocs.com.
Singapore — Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
For customers in Singapore, we collect, use, and disclose personal data consistent with the PDPA's consent, purpose limitation, and reasonable security obligations. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time and request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting support@pradocs.com.
United Arab Emirates — PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021)
For customers in the UAE, personal data is processed consistent with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, including lawful basis, purpose limitation, and data subject rights of access, correction, and erasure, subject to applicable free-zone rules (e.g. DIFC, ADGM) where relevant to a specific customer relationship. If you are located in a country not listed above, our main Privacy Policy and the general data-subject rights described there (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability) apply as a baseline, and we will honor additional rights required by your local law on request.
